Hey, I played the game and am a fan of it.

She is a creation of Decent Monkey himself.

If you look at the credits at the end of Fashion Business ep2 you will see what characters are what.

Melanie si Pepper, Monica is introduced as Sheself so I imagine he might have started from a model but played with the morph until he got a look he liked.

I always thought that Melanie looked like Monica but more fit and tan. That's why I think he modified the Pepper character to create Monica. I'm buying the Pepper model and tweak it and see if I get the same results.
