https://www.daz3d.com/psy-dagger-outfit-and-weapons-for-genesis-8-females - it's listed at the bottom of the Psion poses for Zelara page. Looks like it has a custom texture set, maybe made by the pose vendor, since the one in the pose image doesn't have the big starbursts, and none of the textures in the outfit page are mostly white.
