Usable once per day 2.99 sale not working - PA alert

I haven't used the offer today, or any day for that matter.

There is a new item over $1 in the cart.

All the 2.99 items are showing at the listed price, not 2.99.

Can this be fixed

There seems to be a serious bug with this particular sale.

 

Best make a screenshot of your cart, send it to customer service, using the ticket system, and ask if you may buy the item(s) for the discount price.

May be a few days before you get an answer.

They probably have many tickets about this problem.

Sounds like there's a history to this error. Too bad for the customers, but worse for the venders, as they're the ones losing out on sales.

As I'm the one looking to spend the money in this transaction, I'm not about to "ask if I may buy the item(s) for the discount price." Ask? May?

Daz is currently advertising that I can purchase these items at the discount price. For some tech glitch reason, they aren't able to make good on their offer, that's all.

A snooze-lose commerce scenario, and I'm not interested in jumping through hoops.

It's a lot easier to just delete all the items in the cart. Tough luck for Predatron, Collective3d, and the others who had items in my cart today.

The deal hasn't been working for me for nine days in a row.

And I'm not the only one there.

Decided to buy the ten articles I want most through custumer service. The discount on some of the items, especially the bundles, is too good not to try - at least for me. So yes, through a hoop, reluctantly.....
