I've stopped getting newletters etc and can't see where to re-subscribe

I've very belatedly noticed that I haven't been getting any promo emails since October - weekly newletters, PC newsletters, special sale promotions etc. Though I DO still get the order emails when I buy and notifications for the odd forum thread I'm still subscibed too. And hunting around, I can't find any links to (re-)subscribe, only links to unsubscrfibe. Thought there'd be a page to subscribe/unsubscribe in My Account, but can't see one. How do I resubscribe?

Find it strange, though, when everywhere else of all sorts of sites there's an option section in my account pages to subscribe/unsubscribe from newletters etc.
