Hi Daz-Team,
I've bought a gift card for myself, the code hasn't landed in my inbox, please have a look on your gift card system. I don't know if anyone looks for the open ticket I've opened two days ago, would be nice to have the problem fixed soon to use my gift card.

I don't think the staff have been at work over the holiday period and as far as I'm aware the major problems with the site has put them way behind, I heard the delay was up to 10 days, so unfortunately you may well not get a resolution for a week or so.

Did you check your spam box?
Also, keep in mind that these forums are peer-to-peer and thus Daz is highly unlikely to see this thread. With such big sales and the holidays betwixt, there is probably a high incidence of tickets at the moment.
I put a ticket in a week ago and the said it would be a while before they get to it, so best you get that ticket in ASAP !

yep, as usual. But this is not the problem, all other mails are here, even the automatic response from their helpdesk. I know exactly what happened, btw, it is a tech problem.
We aren't sure what the backlog is - they had managed to get pretty much caught up from the PA/PC months as far as we are aware but may well be delayed a bit with the countdown sale and now some days off for Christmas.
They should make an option for sending a copy of the gift card code to the purchasers account, can't be that difficult.
