Can't login into InstallManager

Whenever I try to login Install Manager it says I need to check my login name and email.
I can't log in!
Anyone else has this problem?

    If DAZ is down the DIM will fail. If that's not the issue you should create a NEW user account in DIM as it will override the first and if that will not work the setting file on your HD can be deleted and that should allow you to start clean again.

    It has been Confirmed the DIM is down for many if not ALL at this time. I have reported it. I have no way to tell if it has been picked up until I get a reply.

    I also have the same problem so thanks for letting us know. It saved my laptop from a beating. :)

    This is fixed now and DIM is back and functioning again.

    First time trying to use the software and it has been a terrible start. I spent one hour of my life and I could not even log in on install manager . I'm giving up now . Will look for a software that is able to install itself on my computer without exploding my patience.

    What happens when you try to log in?  Do you have any non-standard characters in your login or password?

    Try to log in on daz3d.com, if that is working DIM login should work also.

    I got the same problem, but i got earlier the messege that someone is logged in into my account.. And now i get this messege (see picture). Anybody an idea what i can do now?
    This is the first time i get this problem, and am a noob with this program.
