Un clear on 2.99 count own sale

with the offer there is this caveat "Offer usable once per customer". Does this mean I can use it only once for the entire holiday sale period or once per day. If the former we need to fix someting. If the latter something is wrong as every time I send one of them to the basket it comes up as 2.99 but should I add a debut or still new item the price jumps to $7.98 or higher instead of the promessed added 10%. Needless to say I haven't been buying many of those items.

So whats the deal?

The deal is that something in the DAZ store is broken, and this deal does not work for a lot of people - including me.

It's supposed to be once per day, but some people have various problems with that offer.
