DAZ STUDIO 4.12 AND ALEMBIC EXPORTER WITH HITFILM PRO

Hi and thanks in advance. I know this has been brought up a few times, but I can't seem to find anything current about the ALEMBIC EXPORTER in DAZ STUDIO 4.12. Has it gotten any better in 4.12 compared to the many problems others were having in earlier versions? And if so, has anyone tried using it to create animation on HITFILM PRO? Or does anyone know how to export animation from DAZ STUDIO to HITFILM PRO? Again, thanks in advance for any help or comments. Sincerely, Mickey
