Is it permitted to use Content Package Assist for creation of DIM-ready packages for free and/or paid distribution? If so, is the interactive license required for that use?

    I dont see why not? The author of this plugin does not own the DIM format that is property of the DAZ company. Daz does not forbid people using or releasing stuff in dimm format yet. Asking in the forum is ok, but this is something you sould be asking DAZ in support. DIMM installer and format formating belongs to the DAZ Company.
