Gift Card Problems

Is anyone else having this issue with the gift cards.

I do not receive my email with the gift code.  This has happened to me for the last six times in a row and customer support is so slow.  The last time it happened it took one of the moderators from this forum to get me the code.

No sorry for the inconvenience, just issue solved.

I know that my email is ok because I check it before I buy the card.

    Do you have a SPAM filter/folder?

    I've not had mine either, contacted support but could take over a week and my items will be off sale :(

    I checked my junk mail folder and I put any email from daz3d.com as a safe domain.

    I not saying that their support is bad it is just slow.  If you save your checkout as a html and state your problem with the gift card they can do something to give you what you had in your checkout at the sale price.  They are very good at that.  In the past they have done that for me.

    make sure that it is your shopping cart because sometimes the discount is added at the checkout.
