Loyalty discount and remembering wrong?

I seem to remember the Loyalty Discount appling to the Debut items in cart. Am I remembering wrong? Today it is not. Yesterday when I put a debut item in cart all of the pre selected 2.99 items jumped to the original full price instead of the promised discount. Needless to say I didn't purchase stuff yesterday but today I kinda like Crocodile Liu's Reine but my holliday budget really needs that discount. Especially if I want the great kimono to go with it.

It isn't working for me either. The Loyalty bonus should be applying. I haven''t heard the DAZ is workign on it, but the store has apaarrently been wonkier than usual today.
The loyalty discount is not working for me and at least a significant (if not all) customers today. The problem has been reported and discussed in this thread https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/362266/report-sales-errors-here-there-s-always-another-sale#latest:
