Sales Support

I had a second charge for Platinum Club extending it to 12/21, and did not have a second subscription in PayPal. I put in a ticket to Sales Support asking for that second charge to be refunded and got a canned response on Monday about a possible 2nd PayPal subscription and to cancel it, then get back to them for the next steps. I double checked and canceled the only one I did have. I replied promptly on Monday. Today is Friday and I haven't heard a thing. This was xmas money and I need it as quickly as possible. Is there anyone who can help me? My ticket # is 316621. Thank you.

    Customer Service are the only people who can help you     The best thing you can do is to move this thread to the PC Members only forum,  so Jack can see it,  and see if he can hurry things along for you

    You do that by clicking the gear ico, next to the star, in your first post, then click "Edit", then glance over th the left hand side and select members only from the drop down list of categories,  and save the post
