Big Girl Morphs for G8F thigh distortion bug

Has anyone else had issues with thigh distortion when using Big Girl Morphs for G8F? The attached image shows what's happening when I apply the Ava BGM shape preset to the G8F base and rotate the thigh forward. Clearly there's a JCM somewhere that's messing things up!
