What character is that and how much work was done to achieve the look seen in the promo images?

    Looks like Michael 6 HD using the Elite Bjorn texture.

    Yes. It's the M6 Elite Bjorn Texture, though I didn't use the HD morphs (only the base M6 morphs). The presets are bundled with the product. Most of the surfaces uses UberSurface2.
