Cecilia Lau Skin Problems

I just got this and I'm having a problem with her skin. Tiny little spots appear all over it, and I can't figure out how to eliminate them.  Is anyone else having an issue with this character? Anyone have any ideas for a fix?

    Which version of Daz are you using? This looks like the chromatic sss issue that 4.10 had, which was fixed in a later version.

    If you don't want to upgrade, you can install the Daz beta which can be run side by side the regular version without any issues, and it doesn't overwrite your current install. The beta is also at a higher version than the current general release.
