Looks like BLACK RIDER for G8F from Renderosity.
It is always helpful to provide a source for the image, since that can often provide additional clues in identifying it. Based purely on the image, it seems obvious that it is supposed to be Lara Croft in a wetsuit. As such, the outfit could have come from anywhere, be kitbashed or a game rip, anything. It is not the Black Rider outfit.

Yes, the individual that actually created the image doesn't seem to provide any information on either the software or the assets that he uses, so anything is possible as I mentioned earlier.
