Tennessee for G8M

Hey now, that's an awesome looking character!  And, it's a great buy.  I was holding off buying anything else for a bit.  But heck, I thought, "now there's a character that would really add some err...character...to my renders."

I never go much for the pretty boys.  I like the more rugged types for renders.  This one is really great as it has that Native American look that could be blended with other shapes to give other older or weathered looks.  Nice one. :)

    I like him, too and was an instant buy....but what a pity, that there is no new Native American stuff. I can only find the old stuff für M4 (and V4) ....Ok the village is still greate but very old too.... I hope and wish we will see some new stuff for Iray, G8M and G8F....

    I like him a lot. The only thing, the skin appears a bit waxy. Any recommendations to make the skin look more "real" ?

    I purchased it but the promo image has him wearing a loincloth with stitching and iron rings. *Sigh*

    I use Photoshop overlays to add texture to just about everything.

    Decrease the dual lobe specular weight and/or increase the specular lobe roughness. If it were me, I'd use small amounts and go from there.

    Still sitting in my cart. But I do that because of any possible flash sales that require a New Release in the cart. Hopefully, I'm not tired at the end if the day and remember to check out. Ohanzi needs another friend to hang out with.

    Pamawo over at Renderosity recently released a large collection of Native American costumes, props and textures for both G8F & G8F, including a teepee. His whole catalog goes on sale for 50% off fairly often, so you can pick up the bundle for a around $37.00 bucks.

    You can also find vintage images of Native Americans riding in early automobiles. I don't know the point here, a good presentation showing the potential of the product will help with sales. Poetic license doesn't really help me and other artists who sell their Daz renderings.

    No wristwatch. Or top hat. Devil in the details. :-) As someone said, this should have been in a bundle. The PA left a lot of money on the table, just think of the sales if this came with hair, clothes, and props.

    Nicely done. There are actually Mastadon or is it Wooly Mammoths (?) fossils nearby me in Tennessee (Gray, Tennessee near the Tri-Cities area), Virginia (Saltville, VA) & Kentucky (Big Bone Lick State Park near Florence, Kentucky)

    This was an instant buy. If you mix it with other characters, the possibilities for unique male characters are even greater.

    If it had been a all-or-nothing bundle (like we get sometimes, where you have no choice but buying a figure, hair and clothes without the option to buy all the parts themselves) I would probably not have bought this guy...

    I'm quite glad that the loyalty reward bonus made it an instant don't think twice buy... ^^

    But yeah, this is what I wanted as a core character... even though the skin is a wee bit on the dark side imho.
