Scapes Backdrops Volume 1 Packaging Issue

The product FantasyScapes Backdrops Volume 1, SKU 61333, is not included in the DIM package for the Scapes Backdrops Collection Bundle. It shows in the product library, but only if one seaches for it specifically.

    Are you sure you hadn'tmpreviously purchased FantasyScapes Volume 1 - it's an older product, today's new release is Volume 2 https://www.daz3d.com/fantasyscapes-backdrops-volume-2 . I will ask if perhaps the wrong product (Vol 1instead of Vol 2) wa associated with the bundle.

    I have all the 'scapes' backgrounds in my DIM now. And ithe FantasyScapes and the others installed without issue.

    Maybe if you try restarting DIM again?

    This should now have been corrected - the bundle shold have FantasyScapes Volume 2, rather than the older FantasyScapes Volume 1.

    I hadn't realized I should have Vol 2, and downloaded Vol 1; I tried uninstalling in DIM and reinstalling, but only Vol 1 is available. When I clicked on Vol 2 on the Bundle's product library link, it goes to an OOPs page.

    Is my best option Customer Service?

    I have submitted a ticket, but have not seen a response beyond the standard "received your ticket"
