I Get Daz Studio open correctly all I can get is this blank screen nothing else opens I have Daz Studio 4.12 this is the first time this has happened .

Possibly check the drivers ... more new updates recently. Reboot the computer. Don't know what you are seeing as there is no image in your post, but if you can try to change the work layout, then switch back, that fixes some program twitches.
