question re i13 Greek Arena

... but I suppose there is no easy way to fill those seats with spectators?

I'm aware of the more recent arena release, which comes with billboards to do exactly that. But the i13 product looks like it'd be easier on my system, aside from being cheaper. But if I can't fill it with spectators it's useless to me.
