Smart Content/Products not showing, loading

Hello ,I can't seem to load from my smart content pane or my products,just my Daz3DLibrary.

When I do load from MY Daz3DL I have no preset options for the product either.

The Daz Help Desk suggested I change my workspace settings (no result) or upgrade to 4.12 which I hope is not necessary.

Any suggestions?
