Looking for ancient games

I was wandering through Wikipedia earlier today, and came across a reference to the Royal Game of Ur, dating back maybe over 4000 years. I haven't been able to find a D|S or Poser model, whether freebie or for $$$. has anyone seen anything?
Come to think of it, this might make up a themed set of several ancient board games, e.g. Senet or Hounds and Jackals from Ancient Egypt, Liubo from China, Tafl from various Norse sources, etc.
Ideas, anyone?

No ideas but that does look cool (and would be easy enough to model and texture - if I weren't so busy...)
Good luck. If anyone comes across a traditional Japanese goban I'd love to hear about it.
I remember watching this and a few other videos on it
'Go' originated in China, and is popular in Japan. If you want a traditional Japanese board game, then 'Shogi' is the one. And I'd love to see either, set up for DS. I think there are 3ds versions around, but nowadays I prefer native Studio content.

I know where Go originated. Doesn't change that the traditional Japanese goban is what I'm looking for.
Ur, no...
but I have been toying on and off with making some fictional games from various places.
I've got my Thud board modeled, just need to model the pieces.. Dwarf, Thud stone and Troll. then maybe a Klin'zha board (Klingon Chess) but there's a few variants of that to think about..
(Thud - from Terry Pratchetts Thud! and Klin'Zha from John M Ford's The Final Reflection. Both damn good books... well one is PTerry (enough said) and the other is what Klingons should have been.. not the one dimensional head bangers we ended up with...)
i'd love to see some of those too.
this sounds like the kind of project that merlin might enjoy--and do a great job with.
considered raising the subject in product suggestions?
Nice find!
