Is this pose impossible in daz 3d?

Hi guys. I've just started daz studio and practicing with posing. But I'm facing a problem right now. I want my genesis 8 character to shrug her shoulder while her arms sticked on her sides (or on her waists) tight. Like picture below.

As you know, you have to get z axis parameter of shoulder way up for shrugging character's shoulder. But the problem is when I try to shrug character's shoulder, her arms are also raised. However I try to let her arms stick on her sides, it's no use. It only makes her to have an awkward T- pose.

 

Is it impossible to shrug her shoulder while get her arms sticked on her sides? Or am I just ignorant about how to do this?

Raise her collarbones then bend her arms to  her side. Done.

Select the figure in the hierarchy.

Under parameters, go to Pose Controls > Arms > Shrug.
