Daz to Maya Installation

The plug-in seems to be working on Daz but when I enable it on Maya by checking the ''load'' box in the plug-in manager, the plug in still doesnt appear. I followed a couple of tutorials with instructions on how to installing includding one that told me to make a botton for it a maya tool shelf, it manages to put the icon of the plug-in there but when I click it the Daz to Maya tool icon nothing happens and still haven't even been asked to put in my serial number. I'd apreciate any help.
