With regard to "BIG Restraints", how was the 'Skeletor' character created ...

Given that I can't see his neck, my guess is parent a skull prop to the head of g8m and turn off the head and eyes. Cover with hood to hide neck.

Off the top of my head, it looks like Midnight Stories Midnight skeleton with the body hidden on top of a Genesis 8 male body with the head hidden, both in the same pose, with the hooded cowl hiding the split.  Not 100% sure on the clothes, but the hood looks like the one from https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-angel-of-death-for-midnight-skeleton with an opacity map to give the scalloped edges, and the cross chest/waistpiece looks like https://www.daz3d.com/dragonsbane-barbarian-clothes-hd-for-genesis-3-male-s with a seperate chain necklace on top.. maybe one of Sickleyied's from her Shackled series?  ..
