It seems like a kitbash. Not sure where the suit and collar from but the arms look like they're "HFS More Than Human 2.0 for G3F" by DarioFish at Renderosity.

Thanks guys. Managed to find the arms, but was really after that body suit. Searched everywhere for that suit, no idea where to get that from... any similar you guys can suggest?

It looks like a suit that was made for the Noname Doll. I wasn’t able to find it on my phone, but once I’m back at my computer I’ll take a look.
