Where is the Rag-Erator located? -- [SOLVED] --

I bought the Hybrid Grunge bundle, but I'm having some trouble applying the Rag-Erator shader - because I can't find it. I thought it would be listed in my Shaders, but it's not. It is listed in my My DAZ 3D Library folder under Shaders, so I know it's installed.
I clicked the Surface Selection Tool and selected the shirt, and I have the shirt selected in the Scene pane as well. In the Smart Content pane, the Rag-Erator isn't listed. Am I looking in the wrong place, or am I doing something wrong?

From the Read Me.
You can find new icons for loading this product in the following DAZ Studio Folders:
" Shaders:Hybrid Grunge:Rag-Erator"
Probably doesn't have Metadata, so wont show up.
I saw that in the Read Me, but I guess I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with the information. I can open the Rag-Erator folder and see all the effects inside it, but I don't know how to apply those effects to the shirt. Initially, I just double-clicked on an effect, but that clearly wasn't correct, as all that did was open a second Daz Studio window and throw up an error message ("This action requires an item in the scene to be selected."). There is no item selected in the second Daz Studio window because...it's a brand new window.
I get the feeling that whatever the solution is, it will turn out to be incredibly simple. Right now though, I just don't know what that solution might be.
Haven't used this recently but using shaders you have to select the item and also select the same item in the Surfaces tab.
Try that and see if it helps.
First, I want to thank you for your assistance, wilmap. I appreciate it.
I have the shirt selected in the viewing window, the Scene tab and the Surfaces (Color) tab.
I'm not sure where to go from here. My Rag-Erator folder is still open, but double-clicking any of the items only opens another Daz Studio window and throws up the same error message.
I'm well and truly stumped.
I have used it just this morning. Sometimes it is very hard to see the changes until you render. Also check to see if you have the latest version of it.
Where are your Rag-Erator shader effects located when you're applying them? Are you double-clicking them out of your My Daz 3D Library -> Shaders -> Rag-Erator file? Do your Rag-Erator shader effects appear anyplace other than your My Daz 3D Library folder? I think that might be the root of my problem. I don't have the Rag-Erator effects listed anyplace other than my My Daz 3D Library folder. Do I need to move the contents of that folder someplace else? If not, do you have any hints how I might get the shader effect from the folder and onto the shirt?
I think you are trying applying the shader from the installed folder directly from your computers directory structure, which will cause the symptoms you described, rather than applying from the Daz Studios 'Content Library'. Displayed via the 'Window' - 'Panes(Tabs)' option.
See the screen capture below for an idea of where to look, note though this shows my own file structure to some extent as I have lots of content installed into various root folders for my own ease of use, so the file names on the left of the Content Library tab will be different.

EDIT: There is a tutorial here: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/20659227-Content-Configuration-in-DAZ-Studio-4 on Content Management, it's a few years old, so a few things have changed, but should make a good starting point, there are links at the end to some other useful information on content management.
Kinich, you sir, are truly the man.
Window -> Panes (Tabs) -> Content Library -> Products -> R -> Rag-Erator for Daz Studio
Your screenshot made all the difference.
Thanks also go out to wilmap and fictionalromance for not letting me hear my own echo. ;-P
I just bought it it does not show up there ????
I Think it must be useless?
It's working now, right?
