New computer. Gen-X disappeared
In my old PC (Windows-7) the only way I was able to properly install and use GenX and series was installing it manually.
I have a Windows 10 now and I installed Gen-x and all add-ons manually like the last time. But this time it doesn't appear anywhere on Daz studio.
As you can see, my English is bad, because I'm not a native English speaker and I don't live in an Englisah speaking country, so please write clearly.

GenX is a plug in so you will need to allow the isntaller, manual or Install Manager, to make changes on your system - you should get a pop-dialogue asking fro pemission, the rest of the screen will go blank while it does so.
And I did. Then, I got a message that it was installed, but when I checked in the folders, I didn't see folders with numbers related to GenX products.
I believe there is still a serial number you will need to enter on the plugins page
On my old PC, I used the serial number and I could use Gen-x.
Serial number is not considered valid anymore.
Check the serial number list in your account again. If you bought both GenX and GenX2, you'll have two different serial numbers for Genesis Generation X -- unfortunately, neither one says which version it works with. It may be that you've used the older serial number on GenX2, which won't work, or vice versa. The one that's lower down in the list should be the newer one, I think.

I didn't imagine that, once you changed PC, you had to re-insert serial numbers.
