Daz 3d Studio Crashes on Login. Also I can't access any templates

Hello all,

I recently installed daz 3d and I'm having trouble. I want to open a genesis 2 female into the scene but there's nothing in the smart content library and there are no files that I can open. Also whenever I attempt to login into 3d studio or the download manager, the program crashes. This is very fustrating to deal with. I hope someone can help me out here.

    Have you tried the Content Library, Daz Studio Formats>content directory you installed to>People>Genesis 2 female? Though your subject line says templates - those are not content to be used in DS, theya re guides for use in an image editor to create new textures.

    As for the crash, what security software are you running?
