Blowin' in the Wind tool

This is an old tool, but I find a lot of use for it still - however the snow tool portion seems to have broken and I'm wondering if anyone else is still using it or knows what might be going on.

Everything else loads fine - bugs, leaves, etc - but the snow loads with out transparency on anything. So I have a lot of small and several large planes instead of flakes.

The tool loads opaque, but applying any material gives the expected scatter; insects, leaves or snow. (Note: DS 4.11, not that I would expect it to change anytime soon, it's a straightforward application of diffuse and transparency maps).

Works for me the same way, in DS 4.12, if that helps.

i tried that but I'll load it by itself and see if I can figure out what's not working. Thanks. appreciate the help.

Load "Snow Tool.cr2" (not the P4 Special version) and you will see the opaque panes in the background and squares in the foreground. Apply "MAT Snow Flakes.pz2" from "Pose/Snow Tool" or "Pose/Snow Tool P5". Either one will give you snowflakes. It is no different than the other presets for the insects and leaves. There is documentation in the ReadMe's folder: SnowToolGuide.pdf
