Please tell me who is that male character in the "Proud Eagle" promo image? I think he is beautiful.

Considering how old this product is (2010), i doubt anyone would know other than the promo artist who may not even be around anymore.

Whoever he is, it's an M4 character. Which is long enough ago that I can't recall which one.

My best guess would be Falcon for M4 by Morris.

I doubt it, since the clothing is for M4.  Falcon for M4 as @Phoenix1966 suggests is very probable since it's older than the clothing.
