RSSY G2-G3 Clothing converter problems

I recently purchased the RSSY G2-G3 Clothing converter and so far I have not been able to convert anything. I am using 4.9 and I kkeep getting this error. I am using an older laptop and can't use newer versions of studio do to video card limitations.
