Gift card system?

Just wondering if there has been any progress on fixing the gift card system.
5+ years ago, I would buy a gift card and receive the code the same day, sometimes within minutes.
For the last few years, the pattern has been that I buy a gift card, wait up to two weeks, then file a help request to get the code. I always get the code within a day of filing the reguest, but I will not get the code otherwise. Last year some time, I was assured that the gift card system had issues for a few customers, and would be fixed so that the codes would be sent out automatically again.
So, is this fixed, being fixed....?

Yep, I have a "show all" function. Other Daz messages come through fine almost daily.
I have been buying GCs for the past couple of years and always get the email right after placing the order.
Is the way you are paying for the GC, a process where maybe your financial institution delays the processing?
Noticed a few times that if my payment processor delays, then Daz delays. Usually just an hour. Makes sense though. DAZ wouldn't want to give a GC before they have confirmed payment.
Have bought many GCs. Never had delay more than an hour. Usually within 1-5 minutes.
It used to work that way for me, too. So, time for another help request, I guesss.
just did one. code came within seconds of placing the order.
I have yet to have a gift card purchase take longer than 5 minutes, and I've been doing them for 14 years.

Never had a delay longer than about 3 minutes.
Sometimes I get a second email with the code if the first does not work. It follows about 1 minute behind.
Same here, for many years. And never problems with the code not working, or being sent two different codes, etc..
