Lights don turn on

I have got the evironment Dislocation (Pier) and when i select the lights on Material. They still
dont turn on and i looked in the surface tab and nothing there to change?
I know it is possible but how?

Which render engine, Iray or 3Delight? From memory Disconsoation is/was a pre-Iray environemnt so the lighting with it will likely not work with Iray.
If it is Disconsolation then there are 3Delight and Iray files and also Light files to turn the lights on. There are also scene files and scene sets for night.
Did you do a spot render to be sure? If one has over a certain number of lights in the scene, think it was 7 or something, then they will not all preview.
Are you talking about the original Disconsolation product (https://www.daz3d.com/disconsolation) or the more recent add-on product (https://www.daz3d.com/disconsolation-fallen)?

It sounds to me as if you only have the original product, which was 3Delight only and the lights were only provided in the "Legacy" download (there are three files in DIM for Poser, DAZ Studio Core and DAZ Studio Legacy) - see the ReadMe here: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/10820/start - I'm not sure why the lights are only in the Legacy version (meant for releases of DAZ Studio before 4.5, I think)
