Parts (the harness, gloves, etc.) are from Ghostblade. The pants and the rest look like Ranger Outfit 2 at Renderosity. Of course, I don't know for sure the one piece you are looking for.

Nevermind i contacted author of that render and he said it is the "OCO Knit" from the "H&C Overcoat Outfit"
