Problems with Customer Service?
Is anyone else having problems with their help tickets. I purchased a gift card three days ago and never recieved my code. I check my junk mail to see if it when there but there was nothing in the folder. So, I submitted a help ticket and I did not receive an auto response or any type of communication from Daz. I then checked to make sure that my email account is receiving messages and that is working fine.
Agian, that was three days ago and I am getting frustrated because I can't use my gift card and I am missing all the sales right now.
Is there anyone out there that can give me a heads up on what is going on. I would understand if they are having some sort of system problem but there was no metion of anything like that.

There was another post here recently about slow response to tickets. Seems like there is a bit of a backlog perhaps. I submitted a ticket myself a couple of days ago and haven't heard back yet, although I got the auto response to say the ticket was received.
Yeah, I would be fine if I received an auto response.
Is there another way of getting in touch with Daz outside of sending a letter?
I submitted a help ticket on Friday after the fiasco witht the Leisa 8 coupon discount changing from 20 to 10 % and expiring sooner, I received a response Monday and a credit to my account yesterday, Marcus was a great help to me!
Check the status of your ticket under Help > Contact Us . Submit a ticket > clicking on your sign in ID and then my activities. Be sure the ticket says it is open and if not reopen it by posting to it. If the ticket doesn't show up at all then try resubmitting it.
That said, it is noted that my last ticket took over 6 days because CS was backlogged from a heavy influx of tickects during the PC+ sale.
When submitting a ticket make sure you are logged in - gor me I always have to click the Sign In link at top-right on the Zenddesk page. If you had to manually enter your email and complete a captcha it's likely you weren't logged in and so may have mistyped the email. But as the others say, it does seem that CS is backlogged at the moment.

At least I know that there might be a backlog of tickets. I did check on the status and it is still opened.
I have been having issues with the gift card emails. For the last 3 to 4 times I never recieved the codes. It usually takes about a day for them to fix it, because they are not 24 7, and I don't think they are opened on the weekend. I'm hoping they can take care of this before the weekend.
