SOLVED - CMS Error - Studio 4.12 Fresh Install

Must be an old question but did not see in the stickied FAQ thread.

New computer.  Fresh install of Daz Studio 4.12 via DIM to default location on my C: drive.  

Open Daz Studio and get the following error.

    Did you install one of the versions of PostgreSQL (not the Valentina to PostgreSQL cnversion tool)? What is your security software?

    Problem was that just installing Daz Studio 4.12 was not sufficient.  Resolved after installing PostgreSQL
