Simulating Black Light (UV) in Iray

This is purely a theoretical question, as I have no pressing need to try this. But over the Halloween holiday I set up a large yard display with a lot of props painted and illuminated with black light (ultraviolet). Here's a few pics of my display.
I was wondering if anyone has any idea if it is possible to simulate black light / ultraviolet light in Iray. Now, I imagine I could do something similar by creating a light-emitting texture, but that's not really the same thing, is it? Any thoughts on this?

I saw that Marshian is working on an Iray version (or will soon be) of UltrueViolet, mentioned at the end of this discussion: UltrueViolet Light and Glowing Shaders- New Release (Commercial)
