Which coupon are you trying to use and on what? Both have exclusions. The "PlatClub" coupon excludes PC+ items, giftcards, fastgrab items and memberships. The "Save6" coupon excludes new releases, giftcards, fastgrab items and memberships (and the sum of qualifying items needs to be over $18).
