Is it only me, or are there problems accessing Daz3D. It's very slow and sometimes I even get error messages.

Same here, very slooow
Central Europe here, and it was a bit slow a while ago, but not slower than it gets some other times. Now it seems to be okay.
Had a couple of time outs, browser says it's on the DAZ end. And getting the "Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect."
I am also getting a lot of page timeouts and very slow loading, so something is not normal.
I am in San Antonio, Texas, in the USA and I am also having very slow loading and downloading and even got the error message earlier.
Heh, shopping is impossible...saved me some money...tks DAZ
I am in UK gettingerror messages and DIM install lost conection ,I am hoping I get my purchases through as I cant get into my cart.
I probably said that too soon. :D
So it may be a problem on Daz side, as it is not limited to Europe, but also occurs from Texas.
Thanks, just wanted to know.
It actually took me a while to access the ClodFlare System Status site, but when I did get there they say there are no problems except that the Moldova, Egypt, Thailand, Armenia, Chile, Columbia (both Bogota and Medellin), iraq, Lebanon, Ramallah and Canada (Montreal) have been re-routed
slow in Australia too,
DIM even disconnected downloading
The problem might just be that seemingly everyone on earth wants to check out the last weekend of the PC sale at the same time.
its terrible here in Wisconsin USA ... bad DAZ.
Oh yes :)
I just checked a download ( UK ) and a 233+mb file downloaded at a fairly constant 5+Mb/s, which admittedly is a bit slower than normal but not too bad for a busy day
problem being i cant even get the stuff into my cart... and if it goes in, you cant see it in the cart... takes forever to load ..if at all. I click on buy, and nothing happens
it's not just Europe. The site is slow as molasses in January ffs.... It's painful.

Yes sometimes it becomes slow. But I know it is due to probably overloading. On top of that Daz is a very dynamic site and content of pages change every seconds and cached pages becomes useless after every seconds.
I think even Amazon pages are more static than Daz and Amazon also does not require to handle content download as much as Daz. But it is amazing how Google handle traffic.
I've had trouble with the Daz site for a couple of days now. I've just had the error page appear when looking at the BYOB pages. I can't download with DIM either.
Right now, my internet download speed is less than 1mbps. So there are quite a few factors on my end that seem to be affecting things (and I'm the UK).
...I'm in the States (only 2 states over from where Daz is) and I frequently get that message.
I've had trouble for years, but it's worse than usual right now
To be fair, generally I have no problems browsing the forums and uploading stuff, posting etc. But I don't buy much stuff here anymore until I see some improvement from DAZ, they simply need to get their act together.
The site was very wonky this morning from Long Island, New York... seems a little slow now too...
...I've been getting long load times (the tab swirly going in "reverse" or swirlies continuing on the tab even after the page has loaded), the message about Unable to load personal data, and sometimes I also just get a blank page and have to reload it again. This only happens here. I've checked my connection and throughput speed and it's fine, now going through all my firewall settings (which takes a lot of time) to see if anything changed but so far, everything looks fine so it has to be something on Daz's end.
Been having a very frustrating day trying to download products, even directly from my product library page.
What is really screwy is after 13 restarts on the Moto Girl Outfit, the file that downloaded to the desktop was Decadent Hallway. Their servers really have an issue if the wrong content is being downloaded.
I'm getting that one a lot today as well. Actual downloads are (almost) always at the usual speed, but it's sometimes taking a while for page data transfers — both forums and store — to begin.
...yeah I don't know why I keep getting actual download failures instead of downloads just taking longer. No changes have been made to my AV's firewall, I'm not on a wireless connection. I don't have download caps (which is why I'm paying what I am for my Net service). Nothing is being throttled (I checked my connection speed and it is running at 1 G bit). However when I refreshed the forum contents page and then clicked on this thread, I received a blank page and had to refresh it both times to get something to show up.
No other site I have been on today has behaved like this.
