I have a weakness for dark and sultry sirens so I went for team 4, the first one in particular.

The main three qualities I look for in a new character are:

    - Unique: different from what's out there already
    - Appealing: which is a mix of realism, attractiveness (not only in the sense of sex appeal), and eccentricity or quirkiness (odd-looking characters can seem more real than bland-looking ones)
    - Versatile: which is partly a function of how many different morph and/or texture options are included in the package, and partly a function of whether I can imagine the character appearing in renders of various genres (fantasy, historical, pinup, sci-fi, etc.).

Team 1 "Titania" I named this team "Titania" because of the otherworldly appearance of some of the models (I gave all the teams names out of Shakespeare). They are an interesting assortment of faces.

Team 2 "Juliet" I think we already have plenty of girls like this in the store; on the other hand, if the character more closely resembled the third and fifth pictures in this sequence, I might be more interested. Not sure exactly why that is; those two just appeal to me more.

Team 3 "Ophelia" These look like they might make good V6 characters. Not terribly unique, but not overdone either. They have an interesting, appealing look and seem versatile.

Team 4 "Cordelia" I like this team, but most of them look a lot like Olympia and/or Gia. So it's not exactly breaking new ground; I probably would not be inclined to purchase a character based on these pictures.

Team 5 "Olivia" Once again, not too different from what we can get with V6, Gia, Olympia, and Teen Josie (to say nothing of other G2F characters). Some of them are more unique-looking in the center of the face (nose and cheekbone region).

Team 6 "Kate" Named for the lead character in "Taming of the Shrew," these girls seem capable of showing a strong will and fiery temper. Again, though, they seem quite similar in appearance to several characters already in the store.

Team 7 "Viola" Viola spends most of "The Twelfth Night" in disguise as a man. She's witty and attractive, and is courted by men and women alike. I think the young women pictured here would be well-suited for that role--and more importantly for your purposes, I think that a character inspired by these images could be very interesting.

Team 8 "Desdemona" Their skin reminds me of the texture that comes with V6 HD, and there are certainly similar characters in the store...on the other hand, there is some potential here to make a really interesting character.

I agree with Estroyer about the age of the characters: had there been a more mature "Cleopatra" or a "Gertrude" or a "Lady Macbeth," I probably would have voted for that one. Also, if there had been a selection of women with darker skin I might have gone with that option.

Among the options given, I ended up voting for Team 3 "Ophelia," with Team 1 as runner-up, followed by Team 7.

    Hope this is helpful! :)

Cast Juno out of team 2 and bring down Sara Underwood from team 1. I didn't see her in a group but you might think about Meg Turney, she's hot and does a lot of cosplay, so the clothes combinations could be endless.

Some vendors have their own character that they use for promo renders.(example Alice from Alfa Seed)
I made character for V4 but soon came Genesis 2 and I really liked it :)
so I decided that I needed a new character

OK... I can understand you wanting your own unique character for the Genesis 2 Female, which you can use as a model or mannequin to display items you create for the G2 Female... just like Alfa Seed had the unique character Alice for Victoria 4 and which they used to display clothing they created for V4. (I believe Alfa Seed is a team of two, but I could be wrong.) This survey also tells me you wish to be able to sell your character and therefore want to know what physical traits would appeal to people the most and to the market in general. All well and good if true. However, what worries and puzzles me is that you are likely to receive as many different answers to this survey as there are people responding because everyone has different likes and needs. Therefore, if you try and implement all the survey results you are more likely to end up with a homogenous, non-unique, character that doesn't sell rather then a unique character that does. It is far better, in my humble opinion, if you look at what is available, decide on a unique character that has not been done and which you are passionate about yourself and then create that character. If I remember correctly Alfa Seed created Alice according to their own likes and dislikes and not those of anyone else, even though I am sure the desire and intention was there for it to appeal to others.

I tried to group of girls on the face type for make it easier to decide on those who like.

Although I found it fairly obvious you were trying to represent different facial physical traits with the different teams or groups it was not always clear what those physical traits were. If you had added a description of the outstanding physical trait you were trying to represent with each team it would have been immensely helpful.

When I looked at the teams this is what I initially saw....

Team 1 -- No outstanding physical trait shared by all the faces. I am not counting hair color as a physical trait since it isn't consistant from one team to the next..
Team 2 -- These were all young, teenage faces that still had the softness of feature associated with youth.
Team 3 -- These were more your standard or average Western European, caucasian adult faces (except for the Eastern Euro influence in two of them).
Team 4 -- The dominant feature in these faces tended to be strong cheek bones. These faces also tended to exhibit strong chins and jaw lines as well as slightly bulbous nose tips..
Team 5 -- No shared physical traits other then perhaps a narrower, weaker jaw line, which gives the faces a bit of an inverted triangular shape.
Team 6 -- No outstanding shared physical traits... Although, three of the faces are long or narrow in shape, with strong jaws.
Team 7 -- No outstanding shared physical traits.
Team 8 -- No outstanding shared physical traits... Although one could argue that some of the faces are wide and heart shaped.

The lack of an observable, outstanding and shared physical trait in many of the teams made it impossible for me to even consider taking part in the survey. Sorry about that

I will shut up now. :red:

    Best Regards,

    7thStone

P.S. -- Please pardon me for asking, but is English a second language for you? There were a few hints that it might be and if this is the case I will try harder to make my English easier to read and translate. ;-)

I agree with some of the others that the structure of the poll is somewhat weird due to the variance in faces in each group and personal preferences. I voted for Team 2 since it had the most faces I liked in the same group (1,4, and 5) but the single face I like the most is the second face in Team 5, despite disliking the rest Team 5.

yes idea "characters - mannequin" or photomodel in design agency :)
BUT...I do not need of character with unique looks :)
Yes Alice it's unique, but she not look as real woman she looks as a freak (in my opinion) for fantasy or sci-fi direction it maybe good
but when I see pictures with Alice me turn offs her looks, same with character that use Pretty3D. I like a lot more characters that used Blackheart.
my goal is not a freak..
I need a nice look... banal...
as well as photomodels agency looking girls with nice appearance and of high growth, harmonous
because on they show clothes better...
this survey for identify the preferences of the members of this forum

This survey also tells me you wish to be able to sell your character and therefore want to know what physical traits would appeal to people the most and to the market in general.

this survey does not provide a choice between different face types on physical traits,
the choice is between the impressions from viewing faces in groups
here correctly noticed that not all face in the group are similar, each group has 1-2 face are different from the rest (but somethings similar on my impression)
this is done with the purpose detect more preferences than in anything particular

If you had added a description of the outstanding physical trait you were trying to represent with each team it would have been immensely helpful.

ok, I try to do it...
I did not write it at the beginning because did not want to impose my view.
First I want to say, I tried to choose faces with small make up and no emotions
team 1 "Сutie " - pretty with soft features, sensual look
team 2 "Chubby" - chubby face with partial child facial features, open eye look, simplicity and mystery
team 3 "Queen of ball" - typical beauty, correct facial features, universal for different characters
team 4 "Spy" - volitional features, sensual look, characteristic eyebrows
team 5 "Beach girls"- Latin American facial features ( but all girls from Eastern Europe :) ), burning eyes, sensual lips
team 6 "Amazons "- strong faces ( but not a brutal :) ), looks as Amazons
team 7 "Schoolgirl"- baby faces, girls who in 20-25 age looks as 14-18
team 8 "Foxy"- chubby faces, foxy eyes

No worries. You are doing pretty good making yourself clear and understood. The problem really was not your English but rather a lack of enough information or description. This made it unclear what exactly you were trying to do or achieve with the survey. Because the faces varied so widely in appearance within each of the teams it was not clear what the survey was suppose to measure without some detailed instructions.

Ahhhh.... That makes more sense. If you had stated that with the original post I think more people would have understood how the survey was suppose to work and what information you were seeking. There just was not enough information describing how you wanted people to view, interpret, or compare the images or about what you saw the images as representing, in my opinion. Without this information it was very easy for different people to see the images and teams as representing things other then what you personally intended.

    Cheers!

I'm jot sure what Google's possibly having an image of me has to do with the legality of making a clone of an individual, but the fact remains as I stated.

This poll is very interesting to me, but also very perplexing. I'm glad team 4 is a front runner, I just don't understand the appeal of team 2. Their baby faces don't really lend themselves well in making adults characters. At first glance, of the teams, I immediately place them in the under 20 category along with team 7, which is a useless age group for me. I hope team 4 continues to prevail, we need more female characters that look over the age of 28. But I still prefer team 3. :)

Like I said, this poll is very interesting.
