    The shaved part looks like bad girl hair by outoftouch at renderosity.  I think it's a different mohawk, though.

    Yep..  Bad Girl scalp + SAV alpha moikana hair.

    Bad Girl scalp is pretty close but not the same.

    Hmm. You're right.  I actually have Alpha Scalp but I can't remember the last time I used it.
