GamePrint: 3D Print Plugin hide parts I don't want in my printable figure?

Is there a way I can get rid of the hair "frizz" in my printable figure? ( 3D printers can't print with very small thickness)

Also the hair cap remain in the head last time I download my stl in the site how do I hide this in daz?

What I want is how do I skip mesh parts I don't want to show up in the printable figure with daz studio? I mess with surfaces tab "opacity" making the slider to 0 but still showing up in the final STL.

Hello Heaven - Decimator should do a pretty good jobe of that.

  • You need to use the geometry editor and delete the polys you don't want printed. Most hairs have a separate scalp texture, so Geometry Editor, then go to tool settings and you should see surface and groups to select by. Click the + next to the surface you want to remove, and then right click in the viewport and edit, remove or delete selected polys
