Z Utility Walking and Crawling Poses don't show up in the posing tab.

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

These poses show up in the smart content tab, but are missing in the posing tab.  How can I force them to show up in the posing tab like all my other poses?  I'm ok with doing a local hack to make them show up, I just need to know how to do so.  

I submitted a ticket for this 5 days ago but haven't gotten any response so far, I guess Halloween might be slowing down response times.

    Edit the product's metadata and make sure their type is set to pose preset, perhaps.

    I think CS is backlogged due to the PC Anniversary.
