Export Character Preset not working with one of my characters

One of the characters I've created for a scene doesn't export correctly when I try to save it out as a Character Preset. It saves out a character preset that looks like the generic Genesis 8 Female figure.

I don't have this problem with any of the other characters I've created. Any thoughts on workarounds or fixes?
