Smart Content Panel in Daz 4.12

Is there a Smart Content Tab in the new Daz 4.12?   Recently did the update and now the Smart Content Tab is gone, nor is there an option for it in the windows tab to select.

I've kind of become used to it.

    I do have a Smart Content tab.

    You're saying it isn't in Window > Panes?

    As you can see it's not there.

    Is the Smart Content Pane unchecked in Help>About Installed Plug-ins, assuming it is even there? If so check it and restart DS.
