Need a dress that blows up for Genesis 8 female

Title says it all. I'm doing a render as a commission fora friend, and he wants the character I designed for him to haver her dress blown up around her waist like that famous Marilyn Monroe photo. I'm have a real migraine of a time with the dforce wind effect on dresses, it's giving me a massive headache. I need a summer style dress that has a wind morph. Can anyone recommend one?

You might be able to satisfactorily simulate a wind effect with some of the morphs in Fit Control and Add-On.

https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-jasmine-outfit-for-genesis-8-females is kind of similar apart from not being a halter dress and has some blow up morphs that don't require dForce.  You can hide the collar frills.

Thanks guys, I figured it out! Turns out the Fit Control and Addon were exactly what I needed. My friend commissioned a render using a very specific dress design, based on reference photos, so I couldn't use those other dresses you guys mentioned.
