Are the comment count statistics accurate?

If they are, I am amazed that some of the current discussions have more than 2K comments.

We have threads that have gone on for over 100 pages and have been split a few times, so it is not unusual.

Which can frequently become a bit uncomfortable when someone new to DAZ responds to posts by those who are no longer with us, giving new meaning to the term necrothread. :/

I think she is talking about threads like the complaint thread,  which started years ago, back in the old old old forum,  the one that was cobbled together with duct tape string and chewing gum, rather than necro threads, which usually don't have  that many posts in them when they are necroed.

The long living, multi posting threads are closed and split to a new iteration at 100 pages.  Originally that meant2k posts,  then it changed to 1.5k posts for a while and then with this last forum software change it is 3k, due to the difference in the number of threads on a page in the different softwares.

One set of thread views that always tickles me is the difference between the views for the Forum ToS thread  and the Thread about How to handle nudity.  Obviously people are more interested in handling nudity than reading about what rules they should be following.

Probably hoping for pictures. :)  In any case, I would think that the only rules you need to know about handling nudity are 1.) that the nude person being handled has to consent first and 2.) it's probably a bad idea to be naked in the kitchen part of a McDonalds.

Personally, I draw the line at the 18 year old mark but I'm not interested in restricting anyone else's art.
