Help Locating an Arm Sling

Hi.  When someone has a moment, I've been trying to find an arm sling without any luck.  Figure (M4/V4, G1, G2 etc) doesn't matter and it doesn't have to be rigged.  Thank you for any leads.  Have a wonderful Sunday.

There have been a couple of threads about this before https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/271131/arm-sling and the problem has always been that it's a rigging issue since it has to connect the neck and the elbow/forearm but not anything else.  Even the straighjackets that have been made for DAZ/Poser all do a kind of cheat and use versions that strap the forearms to the stomach.  

Possible solutions...?  You might might be able to use dForce and a really large scarf, something like the one in https://www.daz3d.com/autumn-haze-outfit-for-genesis-8-female-s , make it as big as you can, slip the arm inside and then lower it while the simulation is running...  alternatively, if it's for a still image, it would probably be easier to just paint it in in postwork.
