UE4 cloth

starting a new thread as the UE4 thread in the freebie section does not get many views and this is a technical question

my G8M has a boofy coat on as I posed it well flared and cloth ready

I retargetted him in iClone 3DXchange to add some animations

it has some spring too you see

but my cloth painting does nothing, I checked collision capsuals too reducing size of  legs and deleting ones on coat bottom

hoping somebody else uses UE4 and done cloths
